🚀 We’re Hiring: Lead Technical Trainer – Computer Science, K.R. Mangalam University (KRMU)

💰 Salary: Up to ₹30 LPA for the right candidate

KRMU is on a mission to redefine computer science education — moving beyond theory to create industry-ready graduates with strong practical skills. We’re looking for a Lead Technical Trainer with proven, hands-on coding experience who can inspire, mentor, and equip students with the skills needed to excel in the tech industry.

🔹 Role Overview:
You will lead a high-performing technical training team to design and deliver immersive, project-driven learning experiences. Your coding expertise will be the foundation of our practical training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead, mentor, and upskill the technical training team.
-Deliver hands-on coding sessions and guide students on live, industry-grade projects.
-Design, update, and manage lab content in areas like AI/ML, Robotics, Web Development, Data Science, etc.
-Collaborate with faculty to integrate practical learning into the academic curriculum.
-Evaluate student performance and track measurable outcomes.

We’re Looking For:
-Proven, hands-on coding expertise in at least one domain (Full Stack Development, AI/ML, Embedded Systems, etc.).
-Strong background in building real-world applications or systems.
-Experience in training, mentoring, or technical leadership.
–M.Tech. is preferred but not mandatory.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills.
