Your Role :

– Drive the design, development, and evaluation of curriculum, learning materials, and assessments.
– Establish and manage robust quality assurance processes for all academic content.
– Collaborate with faculty and subject experts to embed cutting-edge pedagogical practices.
– Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
– Analyze learner performance and feedback to deliver data-driven improvements.

What We’re Looking For :

– Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
– 5+ years of experience in academic content development and quality management.
– Expertise in instructional design, assessment methods, and accreditation standards.
– Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to inspire teams.
– Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
