What You’ll Do:
⚖️ Legal research (statutes, case law, industry regs)
📂 Maintain & manage legal docs & files
®️ Manage trademarks & IP filings
🛡️ Support in litigation & risk assessment
📜 Draft & review contracts, policies, and legal opinions
💼 Advise on internal policies & compliance
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 LLB (LLM a plus)
🧠 1-3 yrs in corporate legal advisory
📘 Strong in corp law, contracts, labor law
✍️ Excellent drafting & research skills
💻 Familiar with DMS & compliance tools
